Our Fees

Mortgages

Initial Consultation is free. During initial consultation you will be given one of these options depending on your circumstance and the complexity of your requirement:

1) We do not charge a fee. We will be paid by commission from the lender.

or

2) We will charge you a fee of £4000 for advising on and arranging the mortgage, payable when your mortgage completes. We will refund to you any commission we receive from the mortgage lender.

or

3) We will charge you a fee of £250 for advising on and arranging the mortgage, payable when the mortgage application is submitted to the lender. We may also receive a commission from the lender.

Insurance, Protection and Other Products

We do not charge a fee. We will receive a commission from the product provider.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on your mortgage.
